Refund policy

At Technology Gadgets, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

If your return is rejected, we will inform you with the reason.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival

If you need an exchange, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
